Millstone Landscapes Ltd have recently completed the planting of the new Forum One Car Park in Whiteley. The project only took us 4 weeks from start to finish. Millstone Landscapes Ltd have recently completed the planting of the new Bognor Northern Relief Road. The project saw us plant over 10,000 tree whips along the embankment and landscape the surrounding fields. We were delighted to be involved in the procession convoy which marked the opening of the road.

Millstone Landscapes Ltd held our annual Charity Clay Shoot event on Sunday for our clients. A great day was had by all, with Taylor Wimpey SC winning the highest scoring team again for a consecutive year Pat Bourne is shown collecting, the highly sought after, ‘Golden Pigeon’ trophy. A raffle on the day help us to raise £500 for Charity.
Millstone Landscapes Ltd have successfully won the contract to landscape the proposed new Retail development in Barnfield Drive, Chichester. Millstone Landscapes Ltd has successfully won the contract to landscape Phase 2 of the Pye Homes Development at Marlborough Place, Woodstock. We are delighted to have won the contract, which will see us implement the landscaping to 58 new homes on the edge of the Cotswolds.

Millstone Landscapes Ltd are delighted to have secured the contract to landscape 81 units at Crowdhill Green for Linden Homes Southern. Crowdhill Green is an exciting new development in the semi-rural village of Fair Oak. The Linden Homes development will comprise of a collection of 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes. As always, we will strive to create a high quality landscaped development for them.
Millstone Landscapes Ltd have recently donated and planted a specimen Christmas tree at the Taylor Wimpey, Wellington Park development. We have donated the tree to Denmead Parish Council, in the hope that it will be enjoyed for many years to come by local residents during the festive period. We planted the tree in the center of an open space area as a focal point to passing motorists and residents. We are currently implementing the landscaping across site for Taylor Wimpey, including the creation of a large Urban Park. The park will be completed in three phases, opening fully in late 2017. We are aiming to enter the Urban Park into the national BALI awards once completed.
Millstone Landscapes Ltd are delighted to have secured the contract to landscape Phases N & O of Augusta Park, Andover for Taylor Wimpey Homes, West London. It will involve us landscaping 192 units and also creating a large central open space for the future residents. We will run the site from our regional offices in Andover for a period of 2years.

The contract will see us landscape 46 high specification properties. Situated on Bedhampton Hill, the development has panoramic views over Langstone Harbour. We have previously landscaped the Show Home Garden on the development also.
Millstone Landscapes Ltd have successfully completed the landscaping works for the Greenplan Homes development in Hassocks. Our workforce worked considerably hard through the wet conditions to get the project completed on time and to a very high standard. The Show Home garden was designed in-house and installed by our team of professional landscapers. Millstone Landscapes Ltd are holding a charity fundraising event this week in aid of Comic Relief. We hope to raise enough funds to help this very worthy cause. As a company, we do our utmost to encourage support to worthwhile charities.
Millstone Landscapes Ltd have completed the re-turfing of the grounds at the Brighton Pavillion. The area was used over the Christmas period as an ice rink and was left in a poor condition after its removal. The works involved us preparing the existing soil and turfing a total area of 3176m2. The photographs show how we have transformed the area back to its original condition.
We are cu
rrently completing the final phases of landscaping on a new relief road being installed as part of the infrastructure works at St Mary’s Park Felpham. We have planted over 200,000 whips along the road with large areas hydro-seeded to create wild flower meadows. The contract is due for completion in May 2015 with the road opening in the Summer. We will be maintaining the planting until final adoption by the council highways agency. We have also secured the contract for the plot landscaping at the next Phase of the St Mary’s development.
We are very pleased to have been appointed principal contractors for 
the Taylor Wimpey development at Waterlooville. We will be commencing with the sites structural landscaping during February 2015 and we will continue with the phases until site completion. We will be creating a large Urban Park, with playing fields and recreational spaces. The Urban Park landscaping will commence in March 2015 and will continue for 3 – 4 years. Phase 1 of the Urban Park will hope to be open to the public in Summer 2016. Several large natural ponds and woodland will be created by us to encourage local wildlife to flourish. Footpaths will be installed for the residents to use and enjoy the area for many years to come.

We hope that this will be the start of a long and succesful relationship between us on this flagship site in the heart of Chichester. Linden Homes Guildford held a charity raffle and auction before Christmas of which Millstone Landscapes Ltd donated a prize. They managed to raise a fantastic sum of £2933.00 for the Royal Marsden and The Emily Ash Trust. We are delighted to have been able to contribute towards the success of the event. We would like to congratulate Linden Homes Guildford on organising the event, which proved to be a great success for two very worthy charities.

A total of 224 new homes for social rent will be built within a sustainable community in the Westfield area of Woking. This will be the first contract we have undertaken for Kier, and we are fully committed to ensure that the landscaping is carried to the highest of standards.
Millstone Landscapes Ltd have recently completed the design and construction of the Show Home gardens at a multi-million pound development in Felbridge for Linden Homes Southern. Using structural planting and stone features we were able to create a contemporary garden with a modern twist. Our Projects Manager Jake Smith coordinated the works from start to finish, ensuring that the garden was completed on time and within budget. The Linden Homes sales team were delighted with the end result.
Millstone Landscapes Ltd held our annual Clay pigeon shoot on Sunday for our most valued clients. Despite the wet weather, everybody enjoyed themselves. The surprise shot this year was our projects coordinator Jake Smith who managed to shoot 38 out of 50 clays. This year’s winners were Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties who won by shooting 82 clays out of 100. Our hand crafted Golden Pigeon trophy was presented on the day to Pat Bourne and Matt Barnes. By holding a raffle on the day, we collectively raised £320.00 for our Local Charity. The event proved to be a great success.
Millstone Landscapes Ltd have recently completed a landscaping project at a drive-thru McDonalds in Farnborough. Working with Galamast construction, we managed to complete the project within a tight deadline to a very high standard. Works included planting a Mobilane living wall and a variety of tree/shrub planting. Our clients were very happy with the end result.
Millstone Landscapes Ltd have recently completed another stunning Show Home Arena for David Wilson homes at Foxfield Grove, Petersfield. We managed to complete the works in 4 days from start to finish. The photographs show the plots on Monday compared to the finished gardens on Friday. They show what can be achieved by us in such a restricted time period. The sales team were delighted with the final result.
